Come tour our unique historic venue with 18 distinctive and charming historical buildings that will allow your imagination to soar!

Affordably Yours: $999
Includes one building, cleaning person, tables
and seating for up to 60 people, 6 hours
Simply a Wedding: $2,599
Includes the outside kitchen plus two buildings, cleaning crew, tables and seating for up to 80 people, venues day of use: 6 hours
day before use: 3 hours
(extra fee for auditorium on Friday nights)
Golf Cart & Driver and Parking Attendant.
For additional areas add $400 each, Friday evening to use auditorium add $200, Additional hours add - $75 per hour
The Pioneer Experience: $4,599
Offering your guests up to 2 hours before the ceremony the opportunity to tour the grounds and experience four living history demonstrations that could include blacksmiths, weaving, spinning candles and/or a trip to the farm. Includes tables and chairs for up to 100 guests, parking attendant, cleaning crew, one golf cart and driver (for couple and one photographer), use of outside kitchen, 4 hours the night before and 8 hours the day of the wedding.

We have kitchen facilities, outdoor pavilion, a church and a small auditorium that
can accommodate gatherings of up to 100 people.
We'll be happy to work with you to customize a pioneer or turn-of-the-20th-century theme party.
